stephcaravanLove this place! The service is beyond wonderful, the food is perfection, and the atmosphere is very nice. It's clean and beautifully decorated! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Well worth a visit, I cant wait to go back again!
- Mário RAbsolutely lovely. Dropped here randomly for breakfast on our way to Corner Brook after arriving on the ferry from Nova Scotia, and the detour was worth it. The coffee (both drip and espresso) was on point, waffles were delicious (really appreciate going the extra mile and chopping up the strawberries!), baked goods were varies and yummy, and the quiches had a pastry-esque crust which worked very well. Top it off with that Pride sticker on the front door and we've definitely found a hidden gem. Likely to return to Stephenville for this place alone (and maybe look around next time too)
- Jillienne TI had been following Killack Cafe on Instagram for a while, and was hoping to get to stop by someday when I was on the West Coast. My day finally arrived last month and I can only say it was well worth the wait. My youngest daughter had a cheese and bacon quiche which I managed to taste and it was out of this world, the crust - my goodness it was good. My oldest daughter had soup and before choosing which kind she wanted they gave her a tiny bowl of both so she could sample and then pick. As a mother who is sadly used to making the wrong choice for my kids - this was the perfect solution. I had the Killack club which was superb, I wish I could get my hands on one today. To go, we had a variety of cookies that were all outstanding. I never thought I liked ginger until I tried their ginger cookie - amazing! The favourite among the whole family was the pumpkin chocolate chip, if only they were available instead John’s. Someday, perhaps? I can’t wait to come back again and try the rest...
